At Adscend, one of our biggest goals is to give you as much data as possible about your campaigns. Therefore, although detailed lead and campaign stats can be easily viewed on the My Statistics page, you can also set up a system to track leads on your own server by visiting the My Postbacks page.
Below is some information and answers to common questions about our tracking. If you have additional questions about our tracking, or need tracking assistance, please contact your account manager.
Postback Tracking:
Currently, we offer tracking via postback pixel (Server to Server), which allows your server to receive notification from us each time you generate a lead.
Click on "Add Postback" on the My Postbacks page to set up a postback pixel.
Postback Testing:
You can add and test your postbacks directly from the My Postbacks page, allowing you to launch your campaigns 24/7.
SubIDs:
You can use SubID tracking to receive additional information via your postback pixel, such as the device that generated the lead, the IP address of the user that generated the lead, and the time when the postback was initiated. You can view all of our available variables here.
Tracking Platform:
Our tracking platform was custom built by us, allowing us to easily enhance it to meet your needs. We do not use HasOffers, CAKE, or any other third-party tracking platform.
